A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted a teen for aggravated assault and threats with a deadly weapon.

According to a police report, 17-year-old Joseph Kolas came out of his bedroom screaming and throwing things because his alcohol was missing. The reports states Kolas' father found the alcohol in his bedroom earlier that day and took it.

According to the report, Kolas said he was planning on getting "intoxicated." Family members said he went into the living room, pointed a knife at each person and yelled "I'm gonna kill you" and "I'm going to kill all of you."

He ran away and was arrested shortly thereafter.

He is being held at the Lubbock County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
