3 injured in crash after semi blowout

Three people were injured in a crash north of Abernathy Wednesday afternoon. 

DPS reports a crane semi headed south on Interstate 27 had a blow out, causing the driver to lose control, hit an overpass pillar and hit two other vehicles going north on the Interstate.

The driver of the crane, David Keeling, 43, of Wolfforth, was taken to the hospital. Drivers in the other two vehicles, Roland Aguillon, 54, of Hereford, and the driver of a pickup, Tommie Scott, 63, were also taken to the hospital. 

No updates on their condition. 

TxDOT is securing the County Road 275 overpass bridge.
